“You can’t beat women anyhow and if you are wise or dislike trouble and uproar you don’t even try to.” ― William Faulkner
1. Issues Feat. Issue (Prod. By Issue)
Below, I have compiled an incomplete list of Little Pain and Issue’s grievances.
An Incomplete List of Grievances
Little Pain:
-
Ran out of coupons
-
Can’t cop hot food on EBT card

Only had a couple Xanax bars and some Hennessy for breakfast
-

-
Little Pain didn’t pay the electric bill and it’s dark
Issue:
-
Bitches aren’t texting back fast enough
-
Uncle Jay started taking crack
-
Uncle Jay owes Issue money
-
And probably won’t be paying it back
-
Cops are racist
-
Debt collectors are calling
-
Bitches are never happy [Ed. – We aren’t]
2. Canary Julz – JCPenney (Prod. By Superstaar)
On one hand, this is a fun, lighthearted song and probably the most triumphant celebration of no longer shopping at JCPenney ever created.
However—and while I respect the sentiment of being excited to be able to afford nice/Givenchy things—I’d like to use this platform to warn Canary Julz to be mindful of his finances.
Canary—I urge you to remember the Yiddish proverb: Mit gelt tor men nit stolzieren, veil me ken es gleich farlieren.
For my money may be slower than promethazine, but the turtle did win the race in the end.
3. Maxo Kream – Astrodome feat. The Sauce Twinz (Prod. By Wxlf Gxd)
In “Astrodome,” a standout cut off Maxo Kream’s Maxo 187 that features Houston up-and-comers The Sauce Twinz, Maxo carries forth in a long
literary tradition that commodifies prostitutes as a subordinate group even within the larger group of women, itself subordinate to men.
“Virtually all of these images are reductive, defining a prostitute not as a complete human being, but as merely a collection of sexual parts. The terms used to signify a female prostitute indicate that she is a thing rather than a person-an entity limited to her sexual role. Descriptors are synonyms derived from her working hours (“lady of the evening”), working conditions (“street walker”), body parts (“piece of ass”), and anatomical resemblances to animal life (“beaver,” “pussy”).” cite.
Song bangs, though.
4. Earl Swavey – Where Was You At
Do we really need more of this kind of music? Probably.
5. Joose – Sunakku (Prod. By Marcus Yates) #FreeMaxB

6. VATOGATO – tearsawai_
Vato Gato is Knx and Cakedog (also known as Ahnnu). Knx is signed to Stones Throw, where I work. You may find this to be nepotism. I would argue that although I gave birth to Glen, I barely think of him as a relative and consume his music in a very detached, cold, impersonal way.
7. Supa Good D Smoke – I Want You To (Prod. by D.K. the Punisher)
At one point, Supa Good D Smoke—which is a rapper and not a botched translation of an e-cigarette brand name—uses the children’s movie Pinocchio to talk about his penis growing. It makes the list in spite of that.
8. Joy Postell – HYD
“To keep it real I’m more Complex more the magazine”
This lyric may be confusing to some. But with a little bit of digging, I found out that Complex is a New York-based content aggregator and media company founded by clothing designer Marc Ecko.
While it may seem improbable that a person would brag about being more Complex than a website that runs self-aggrandising articles like The 100 Most Memorable Things Complex Did In 2009, take a moment to consider the Complexity of Complex’s efforts to intertwine business acumen and capitalistic values with the culture of the exploited.
According to Wikipedia, in 2013 Complex created an average of 47 pieces of content a month on behalf of major brands like McDonalds, Gillette, Levi’s, and Toyota. It also partnered with PepsiCo to launch GreenLabel.com, a Mountain Dew-branded “lifestyle site” staffed by Complex employees.
Mountain Dew is also a Complex liquid. It contains 12 different ingredients and has been proven to melt mice.

9. Amir Obe – Drugs & Cam’ron (Prod. By NYLZ)
Here is where I would say something about how excited I am that someone slowed down Cam enough to have sex to. But who am I kidding, I have sex to “Come Home With Me” all of the time.
