I’ll make this quick because I’m hearing things that suggest I’ve worn out my welcome at this particular Dunkin Donuts like, “This guy needs to buy more than two munchkins every hour to use our WiFi” and “Why the fuck does he think it’s OK to take his shoes off?” Fall is a bullshit season, mainly because trading ice cream for piles of leaves was a screwjob if there ever was one. Also because the stuck up hags at school had a draconian attitude about practicing the Stone Cold Stunner on freshmen. But I’ve been out of school for two years, long enough to shake any bitterness about the administration’s lack of understanding regarding my role in the passing of our pet mascot Terry the Iguana. Today I mainly associate September through November with the excitement of the fourth quarter crunch at work (those highway ads for Juggy Jenny’s Bar & Grill aren’t going to sell themselves).
