Dewey Decibel is freestyling right now over coffee and brunch

This summer mix is a compilation of my top played tracks in my iTunes right now, an eclectic mixture of tracks that I have been banging on the regular. There is usually a track that comes along while I am grinding on some graphic design project that catches my ear and stays on repeat for an entire 24 hours. All of these songs possess that replayable quality, the very cream of the crop of my daily rotations. These are all productions that have instantly caught my attention at first listen and have been marinating in my mind for some time or have the timeless, groovy feel that tickles the eardrum. Some of these joints are older, like Devil Music by The Pharcyde but have an innate freshness that makes them stand up to the new songs by Ab-Soul, Anderson .Paak and Parker. Warm weather vibes that radiate the essence of what I love about hip hop.

1. Tree of Life – Ab-Soul
2. Devil Music – The Pharcyde
3. Deeper – Freddie Gibbs & Madlib
4. So Sick Stories ft. King Krule – Ratking
5. Field Trip (0-100 Remix)- Parker
6. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop (ft. Alchemist, Evidence, Planet Asia, Chance Infinite & Krondon) – Blu
7. Green Power – Quasimoto
8. Drugs – Anderson .Paak
9. Friendly Fire – Azure ft. Kixxie Siete & Parker
10. Dark Comedy Morning Show ft. Toy Light – Open Mike Eagle
11. Shaka – Q-Tip
