This is good but slightly underwhelming. Maybe I’ve been listening to too much Danny Brown, but I expect more from these three. Things I learned from this song: Royce the 5’9 is a Jeremy Piven fan, he hangs out at independent coffee shops, and he is in the best shape of his life–lyrically. I assume this means he freestyles on the elliptical machine. I’d post an MP3 here, but Decon would probably send sharks with laser beams after me, only for them to give it to Nah Right next week. So it goes.
Either way, this is no “Deadly Melody.”It’s hard to top boasts about getting stopped by Maxi Priest on Delaney St.

Yeah, this isn’t dope as the joint from the only double album that was a good idea. It’s predictable but still pretty great. I’m sure the collaboration with Danny Brown will be alot more interesting though.

Wow, you are Danny Brownnosing hard these days..he’s dope but nowhere close to Elzhi or 5’9″, and also why is that I haven’t heard one verse by him where he doesn’t use some simile to describe how gay someone is? Just sayin..

For me this is a banger up there with any other track involving any of these 3 (well, minus motown 25 but hey). And yeah, Royce tore it up but BE3 was pretty underwhelming, i’d say he was at his best circa BE2.

DV and victor, i agree with you both. only i think royce has quite the share of WTF lyrical moments on bar exam 3; it just suffered from being too long and having too many meaningless tracks/skits (i.e. “i hate your pants”).
