Excluding Empire Strikes Back and Back to the Future 2, the sequel is never as good as the original. I am not sure if Wale has any hoverboards or invents new slang like “bojo” — but it couldn’t hurt. Even though I hear as many negative rumors about him as I hear about this girl, he remains one of the brightest talents in rap music. Whether the the first Seinfeld mixtape was an aberration or the start of a long career remains to be seen. On the bright side, there are beats from Best Kept Secret and none from 9th Wonder. Lady Gaga is nowhere to be found. I haven’t heard this yet, but this is a good omen.

Dark Knight is a good film but I still think the Michael Keaton Batman is the best.

Based on my listening experiences with Wale’s music, I will assume that this will be better than Attention Deficit. Couldn’t even stomach it. All Wale’s mixtapes after 100 Miles and Running>>>>Attention Deficit.

Thanks Jeff – looking forward to checking this out.
As for BTTF v BTTF 2 – not sure if I’m with you on that one. Regardless, for a one-stop visual guide to the typically inglorious nature of sequels, look no further than Dan Meth’s Trilogy Meter:

But it had hoverboards.
