We would already tell there was a clustering of voting towards the front part of the '00s - you don't need to use Excel spreadsheet to see that. It doesn't prove anything and I'm a bit shocked that anyone who takes statistics seriously would even deign to offer up any definitive conclusions about hip-hop's general "quality" based on a pool of data that most people would agree was too narrow to be anything but an echo chamber of like minds.
