I know I’m late, but this is a great post. Michael conveyed so much emotion in his music. How he did it at such a young age I don’t know. J5′s version of ‘Don’t Know Why I Love You’ is unbelievable.

I am right there with you man. Thank you for your eloquent assesment of him. I grew up watching Michael from the beginning. And followed him through out his career. And while I enjoyed his recent artist creations I am spending more time with the Motown work he did. This song is my favorite along with Looking through the Window

It can’t be overstated… a 13-year old nailing lines like “you are the four seasons of my life” is just ridiculous.
