		<description>Commish:I can safely report that they continue to keep it real. Quik is damn near 40 and still stage-diving and him and Kurupt had a blunt constantly lit on stage. 

I wouldn't be surprised if Quik is a good cook. A lot of the producers I've interviewed seem to have a strong interest in cooking, which makes a lot of sense when you think about it.</description>
