“Nintey Nine” was one of the worst singles and videos of the 90s. It’s amazing how much rope Wyclef was given to hang the Fugee namebrand after biting the Bee Gees, Tribe,Enya, and “Killing Me Softly” for one hot summer. Sampling “99 Balloons” for a hip hop song isn’t even a good idea for GirlTalk.

The Refugee All-Star run post “Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” is among the worst collections of hip hop ever and this is up there with Wyclef’s collabo with Kenny Rogers and Pharoahe Monch.
