The election is over and has been over, practically speaking, for the past year. A Democrat was destined to win all along. As they teach you in those Poli Sci classes I mostly skipped, campaigns don't matter. It's (almost always) all the economy. My biggest pet peeve in life, I think, is bloggers who spend all their time fretting about how their preferred candidate's running an imperfect campaign, when, in actuality, campaigns just don't matter. But anyway, I am from the Pennsylvania suburbs, and I can assure you they'll go quite heavily for Obama. The Philly suburbs aren't really a swing area anymore, though Chuck Todd et al. will try to tell you otherwise. I could go on quite extensively about why they're not a swing area, but just take it on faith. Or ask Zilla Rocca.
