Unless, as you suggested, the residual THC in his system will keep him high for decades to come. That album he did with Andrew W.K. is crazy. Though I get the Clinton and Sun Ra comparisons, he reminds me more of ODB or Daniel Johnston, someone who is immensely talented but always sounds unhinged.
