Mike Smrek Raps About As Woodenly As He Played

Via the great minds at Foundtrack, in honor of Game 2 of Lakers-Celts tonight, its time to re-visit this rapping PSA from the ‘86 Lakers, featuring vocals from pretty much the entire roster. Coop, Magic and Byron Scott get credit for bringing the flow and for at least matching the abomination that was “K.O.B.E.” But really, it’s all about Smrek. You do not want to mess with that guy in a battle. Hell, I once saw him ether Greg Kite in a cipher.

Stumble It!

I think Mike Smrek could’ve done a better job on Leon Powe. Hell, I think I could’ve done a better job on Leon Powe.

  4. Yeah. Apparently Kobe stayed up til five in the morning following Game 1, re-watching it in its entirety. Something tells me he had some company if he repeated this same action last night. Or at least I sure do hope so.
