Kind of a big weekend for the hipping and the hopping (and conversely, the bipping and the bopping). As you are on reading this on the Internet, on a blog, I think it’s safe to say that you have been bumping Carter III and Wale’s Mixtape About Nothing for the past 24 hours. I’ll refrain from dropping some inchoate, half-assed thoughts at the moment (I’ll save that for next week), but thankfully, this is what the comments section is for. Also, Jay Electronica’s “Bitches and Drugs” video dropped and in its Pink Floyd thievery, it might be one of my favorites of the year.
