Hey! Be smart! The only reason flammable and inflammable mean the same thing is that too many people thought "inflammable" meant "not able to burn" so somebody tried using "flammable" -- it was a deliberate misuse, a neologism designed for the illiterate.

As regards Knocked Up: I would point out that there is one huge advantage in having K Heigl in the lead female role, which is that my wife wants to go see it. I couldn't pry her out of the house to go and see Steve Carell. I'll bet that's being repeated in thousands of homes across North America. Is that Judd Apatow smart or what?

Saw “Knocked Up” with my lady this weekend. I totally agree, and was surprised, with how friggin’funny it was from start to finish. I may actually have to start watching Grey’s Anatomy now because Heigl’s soooo incredible hot.

Lakers?…Kobe should bail. He’s never been a “Laker” he’s just always been Kobe. The guy who scores massive amounts of points and can’t lead a team like he says he can. He’s also claimed over the past 3 years that he can bring home championships to L.A. if he has the “right people” around him. Not gonna happen.

Am I the only one who loves long comedies (as long as they are good)? Knocked Up is a definite buy the day it's available on Blu-ray, for me.

Ace: Totally agree.

HR: I agree Kobe prolly did get lied to. My main problem isn’t his desire to demand a trade (which I do find a little disloyal to be honest), but more the fact that instead of handling things in a dignified and intelligent manner, Kobe feels the need to go running to the press every single time, therefore irrecovably harming his trade value (or Shaq’s). There’s just a lack of maturity, common sense and a great selfishness that goes with being a little cry baby every time you don’t get your way. If he wanted a trade, he could’ve stepped to Jerry Buss and Mitch Kupchak in private, not in some histrionic interview with Stephen Smith.

Knocked Up, definitely worth your $10...there were some truly riotous scenes in that fucker.

My one complaint for Mr. Apatow, if we're doling out heaping spoonfuls of constructive criticism here, is that his movies are too long. No comedy (or dromedy, or whatever that is) should ever be longer than an hour and 45 minutes. No exceptions.

Otherwise, fantastic flick, kudos bar to everyone involved. Not a bad scene in the movie.
