Now people actually CARE about Redman still, 15 years deep into his career, because he kept his own buzz going with the mixtapes, shows, freestyles, honest interviews and now a strong album. <br/><br/>All those other MC's I listed sold WAY more records than Red and probably made more money in the 90s, but Red will still be making records for the next 10 years easily. DMX? Probably smoking angel dust in a laundromat somewhere in Ohio, barking to himself, cursing Jay-Z, Sony, Irv Gotti, Ja Rule, Jet Li and Steven Segal because he ain't "hot" no more.
