They're great under any circumstance, but Catherine Calder (the other female Pornographer) doesn't have Neko's pipes. I think I've seen them five times now. Dan and Neko were there for one of them, and the effect was kind of stratospheric. You appreciate the distinctiveness and valuable weirdness of their voices. When you see the Pornographers play with Neko and Dan Bejar, you’ll see what you’ve been missing.
