Commish…you got me on that one..I didn’t even know RA was white. And I plain forgot about Blood of Abraham. Nice work.

JT…I actually consider the Beasties sort of a rock band in a way and that’s why I didn’t include them….they aren’t pure rappers even though their first two albums were straight up rap as was the last one. Discussing them would’ve taken hours and hours. A different blog for a different time, but I should’ve probably mentioned it in the piece. Good call.

Who cares about all of these great white hypes? We all know that the greatest white MC of all time was none other than Robert Zimmerman aka Bob Dylan. And from the photos, it seems to me like Edan is trying to model his look after Dylan (circa Blonde on Blonde). Just had to be said.

Honestly, I'd rather listen to an intsrumental version of Edan's album with exception to Mr Lif's version on "Making Planets." Great beats in which his lyrics just disappear into.

I refuse to believe that Edan set was only 50 min. it felt more like 3 or 4 hours.
